Hexagon Electrical (Pty) Ltd was formed on the 1st October 2006 , after acquiring the assets of three companies which formed part of three companies . The assets and the Intellectual properties where purchased from the Industrial Development Corporation
By purchasing the assets from the I.D.C Hexagon Electrical acquired the designs and approvals for the three companies which have enabled Hexagon to Manufacture Flame Proof Motors, Flame Proof Switch Gear and Auxiliary equipment for the Coal Mining Industry
Hexagon Electrical (Pty) Ltd is a 26% owned by historically disadvantaged individual. How ever the value added to the company by the individual exceeded the fact of H.D.I
Hexagon Electrical (Pty) Ltd Manufacture and Recondition a Large range of electrical motors both Standard and Flame Proof , we also Manufacture and Recondition Flame Proof Switch Gear and Transformers together with Standard and flame Proof Ventilation Fans and Dust Suppression Systems
